Step 5:  Customized Extranet Web Page

1.    Your company's customized welcome page will open in the browser window.  This page has 3 parts:

        Link to download software to view preliminary drawings (WHIP! Viewer)
        Disclaimer Notice (Printed in red)
        List of your projects

2.    The first step to viewing preliminary drawings is to download the WHIP! Viewer.  The step by step instructions
        for downloading the WHIP! Viewer, are explained in Step 7.

3.    Read the Disclaimer Notice.

4.   Under the Disclaimer Notice, you will notice a list of the projects that are designed for your company.  The Projects are
       listed by name.  The following information is listed under the project title:

Date Posted
Bid Date
General Contractor
VDA Job #
Location
Preliminary Drawings
Quantities Spreadsheet

        Preliminary Drawings, if available, are listed in a link under the heading Preliminary Drawings. Clicking on the link 
        below the Preliminary Drawings heading will open the preliminary drawing with the WHIP! Viewer.  The file extension
        for the Preliminary Drawings is .dwf

        Quantities are listed under the heading Quantities Spreadsheet.  You must have Microsoft Excel to view, download, 
        and/or print the Quantities spreadsheet.  The file extension for Quantities Spreadsheet is .xls
