1. To open the quantities spreadsheet, click
on the link listed below the heading Quantities Spreadsheet
for the project
that you are interested in.

2. When you click on the link, you will be given two choices. These choices are:
Choice A:
Open the quantities spreadsheet by saving it to a disk.
This is the default response. Be sure the
radio button that says "Save this file to disk" is marked If you want to
download the spreadsheet to your
computer. Click OK.

This will open the save as box. Be sure to note the
file folder that you are downloading the file to and the name of
the file. Click Save.

Once the spreadsheet is saved, it can be opened at anytime with Microsoft Excel.
Choice B:
You can open the quantities spreadsheet by clicking the radio button that
states
"Open this file from its current location."

3. Once the quantities spreadsheet is opened, you
can see that the quantities spreadsheet contains 7 areas of information.
They are color coded on the spreadsheet.

4. The Quantities Spreadsheet can be printed using the printer attached to your computer.
