Step 1: Software

You will need three different types of software to use the interactive web page. They are:

Web Browser:	Internet Explorer (preferred) or Netscape Navigator
Microsoft Excel:	To view, download, and/or print the quantities spreadsheets
WHIP! Viewer	To view preliminary drawings

Web Browsers

Examples of both Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator are given below. You should be familiar with how to navigate the web and connect to the internet.

Internet explorer will look like this. The browser will open to a default page.

Microsoft Excel

Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet software program need to view, download and/or print the quantities spreadsheets.

WHIP! Viewer

To view the preliminary drawings the WHIP! Viewer software is needed. This software viewer is free and Step 7
explains the step by step approach of downloading the WHIP! Viewer software.
